We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to oversee a talented administration team, driving efficiency, service quality, and business success. You’ll play a key role in motivating your team, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and motivate your allocated team, providing training, support, and development opportunities.
* Act as the first point of contact for team queries, manage workflow, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Oversee the processing of new and existing business, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
* Support and enhance organisational processes within your team.
* Conduct regular 1-to-1s, KPI reviews, and Personal Growth Plans.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to drive business performance.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, GDPR, and Health & Safety regulations.
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team leader role within a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
