An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to support the delivery of a HR Transactions service that feed into employees’ terms and conditions and pay.

An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to support the delivery of a HR Transactions service that feed into employees’ terms and conditions and pay.

You willhandle day to day queries and provide advice and guidance on HR processes, working with customers, managers and other HR colleagues toidentify solutions in line with policies to support best practice.

Activities will need to be prioritisedand you will need to work accurately and delivered to defined standards and timescales.

There is the need to use excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with team members and customers. You will establish and maintain good working relationships with all customers and HR and Payroll teams.

Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of HR and payroll transactional processes and calculations working with specialised HR and Payroll IT systems.

Interviews will take place via video technology, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your working arrangements.
