Job Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in Kingston & Richmond.

Main responsibilities of a Senior Practitioner:
Supporting children and young people subject to Child Protection and Child in Need plans
Building respectful relationships with families, their support networks, and partner agencies
Handling cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings
Contributing to team management, deputizing for team leaders, and supervising work of ASYE or students
Ensuring children's voices are actively involved and recorded in case documentation
Participating in reflective and group supervision sessions
