About The Role: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Leisure Supervisor to lead our front-line team and ensure the delivery of a high-quality leisure service in line with contractual, statutory, and quality standards. As a key member of the department, you will support the Leisure Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and driving excellent customer service. You’ll play a hands-on role in rota management, training delivery, and continuous service improvement — all while acting as a role model for your team. Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, worked across 5 days over 7 on a 3-week rolling rota. Shifts are scheduled flexibly between 06:00 and 22:30.
