Position Overview
This is an exciting and comprehensive brand management role working on Petits Filous, a widely recognized children's yoghurt brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting objectives, and executing the brand's marketing activities in the UK market. The focus will be to deliver revenue and profit targets while building long-term brand equity. The candidate will need to champion the brand and work cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of growth initiatives across the marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of the Strategic Business Review (3-year plan).
* Prepare the annual brand plan, diagnosing brand challenges, setting clear objectives, and implementing activities across the marketing mix to meet these objectives, including:
o Landing strategic and tactical product innovation/renovation projects successfully.
o Implementing consumer communications and media plans (including digital).
o Identifying distribution opportunities within existing and new customers.
o Managing the execution of other marketing mix aspects such as PR, social media, online, in-store media, and e-commerce.
* Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Innovation, Consumer Insights, and Category Management.
* Act as a true Brand Champion, inspiring colleagues to contribute to brand performance and results.
* Work across multiple channels including grocers, wholesale, convenience, and foodservice.
* Control marketing spend and make expenditure and procurement decisions to maximize ROI.
* Own Brand Equity results, ensuring the brand's growing presence in consumers' minds and hearts.
* Interact daily with agency partners.
