The Role
* Responsible for gross premium written (GPW) portfolio volume growth and other key performance indicator (KPI) metrics for covered Energy & Transportation (E&T) industries and Cat dealer territories.
What You Will Do
* Advise Cat dealers and E&T customers on ESC (Extended Service Coverage) programs and risk‑management products to fit customer needs.
* Assist with ESC quotes and proposals based on evaluation of client coverage needs, initiating renewals for existing clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers, resolving inquiries to achieve high satisfaction survey scores.
* Participate in and present at dealer and industry meetings and conferences, conduct training seminars.

* Industry knowledge of trends, major issues, and regulatory considerations applicable to the organization.
* Knowledge of major products and services, and ability to apply that knowledge appropriately.
* Knowledge of influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
* Knowledge of relationship‑management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
* Understanding of insurance product features and benefits, and ability to apply that knowledge to diverse situations.
* Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote continuous improvement across functions to solve business problems.
* Knowledge of cross‑selling strategies to create additional sales opportunities.
* Knowledge of customer‑needs analysis principles and processes; ability to be sensitive to different customer perspectives.
Must Have
* Proven background in the energy and transport sectors with strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
* Demonstrated success in a sales environment, ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.
* Familiarity with the Caterpillar dealership network and business unit support functions.
* Proactive, self‑starter mentality, forward‑thinking, and ability to own growth opportunities across the territory.
* Strong business acumen, ability to think strategically, manage resources effectively, and deliver results.

Job Title: ESC Territory Manager
Salary: £64,663.00 – £84,062.00 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: In office Monday – Friday, full time, 37.5 hours
