Key Responsibilities For The Behaviour Mentor
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
* Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and review individualised education plans (IEPs).
* Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to senior leadership.
* Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications And Experience For The Behaviour Mentor
* Experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with students.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications in education or related fields are desirable.
