About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with Operations Managers across our services, acting as a trusted advisor and driving impactful people strategies. Your role will be critical in managing employee relations, providing HR advice, and supporting key people initiatives such as engagement, retention, and performance management. You will leverage people data to inform decision-making and enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of their teams.
* Use people data and metrics to drive insights and actions that benefit the organisation.
* Provide practical and clear HR advice and coaching on all people matters.
* Confidently manage employee relations cases, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Lead and support people initiatives related to engagement, retention, and performance.
* Collaborate with the wider People Team to continuously enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally across multiple sites.
* Strong generalist HR knowledge, including UK employment law.
* A commercial mindset with an interest in using data to drive decision-making.
* Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
* A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
* Social care experience is a bonus but not essential.
