TeacherActive are looking to recruit a strong willed Behaviour Support Worker for an oversubscribed Secondary School in Leeds, TeacherActive are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can: Support students with behaviour in lessons and around the school. Support with the lesson removal system (Session Manager/On call) and supervise withdrawn students. Undertake the supervision of detentions. Establish positive working relationships with vulnerable students and their families in order to support their needs in school. The correct candidate will be: A highly motivated and hard-working individual. A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues alike. It is desired that candidates will have a minimum of 6 months’ (UK) experience of working in Education settings prior to applying for this role.
