About the Position
We are hiring a Sous Chef in Windsor to join a solid team. If you're a Chef who loves working with seasonal British food, this is the perfect job for you. The Venue aiming for a 2 AA Rosette standard and want a strong number 2 in the kitchen.

Your Role as Sous Chef
You'll be a key part of our 6-person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high.
* Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose-to-tail cooking style.
* Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep.
* Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef.
