We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) - in Year 1
The Role:
Join our inclusive primary school in Greenwich and make a real difference. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons for students with SEND.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
* Support the social and emotional development of students
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Prepare and organise learning materials and resources
* Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers
* Support students during school activities, outings, and events
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support student needs
