The Role:
This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations across the business. Youll lead a small team and oversee key processes that support healthy cash flow, strong supplier and customer relationships, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the AP and AR functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Overseeing banking operations and cashbook management.
Ensuring VAT compliance and accurate tax accounting.
Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Coaching and developing team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
A confident people manager
Confident working with large volumes of data
Advanced Excel skills
A team player
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
