Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: Up to £36,000 basic DOE plus bonus opportunity | Hours: 40 hours per week, 7am - 5:30pm (4 day working week)
Charles Hurst NI Carsmetic is recruiting for a skilled Smart Repair Technician to join our expanding bodyshop team. This is the perfect opportunity to work for a main dealer and develop your skills further within cosmetic repair.
Our Smart Repair Technicians provide an industry‑leading cosmetic repair service with a focus on delivering a great customer experience every time!
Responsibilities
* Carry out repairs to standard alloy wheels and diamond‑cut alloy wheels using mobile D/Cut repair lathe equipment
* Ensure all repairs are completed in line with Lookers and manufacturer processes
* Match alloy paint colours effectively and maintain the highest standards at all times
* Communicate effectively with customers to agree on required work and ensure all associated costs are approved at the outset
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position, or a tyre fitter looking to progress their career
* Full driving licence with a good driving record
* Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
* Team player with strong communication skills
