We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service and repairs to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
13. Damage Assessment: Accurately assess vehicle damage and compile detailed reports using industry-standard methods.
14. Estimates & Costing: Prepare precise estimates for repair costs, considering parts, labour, and materials.
15. Customer Liaison: Communicate findings and repair plans to customers in a clear and professional manner.
16. Collaboration: Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
17. Insurance Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies to ensure all documentation and claims are processed efficiently.
18. Compliance: Ensure all assessments and repairs comply with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
19. Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
20. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques.
21. Proficiency in using estimating software (., Audatex).
22. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
23. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
24. Relevant qualifications (., IMI Accreditation) are highly desirable.
