We’re now looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our experienced team.
About the role
You’ll be part of our Building Surveying team, which brings together over 40 years of combined expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while working towards chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You’ll be supported by senior surveyors and encouraged to take ownership of projects as your experience grows.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting the team on a range of commercial building surveying tasks and surveys
* Undertaking measured surveys
* Preparing CAD drawings including floor plans, elevations and section details
* Investigating building defects and providing repair advice
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who is detail‑focused, an excellent communicator and keen to learn. You’ll enjoy working independently as well as collaboratively and take pride in producing high‑quality work. A strong interest in property and a desire to make a positive impact in Wales are essential.
* RICS‑accredited Building Surveying degree
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
* Self‑motivated with excellent time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* An interest in sustainability and energy efficiency in buildings

This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
