Job Description
3. Managing a varied caseload including purchases, sales, leasing and banking matters.
4. Advising commercial and individual clients, ensuring technical excellence and practical, commercially-focused guidance.
5. Drafting and negotiating missives, leases and wider commercial property documents.
6. Handling title examination, reporting, registrations, LBTT returns and completions.
7. Supporting business development through networking, client relationships and departmental initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:
8. Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland.
9. Technically strong with the ability to manage a varied and sometimes complex caseload.
10. Commercially aware with excellent client-handling skills and strong communication.
11. Proactive, organised and motivated, with an interest in developing long-term client relationships.
12. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
