Role:Senior Product Engineer ( BPSS or SC)

Job Purpose and primary objectives:
1. Provide senior level technical leadership, mentoring Product Engineers across multiple product teams.
2. Produce High Level Designs (HLDs) and guide technical implementation approaches to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
3. Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and Product Managers to translate enterprise wide strategies into actionable roadmaps and product level designs.
4. Lead or support the resolution of complex technical issues, risks, and design challenges.
5. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and optimisation across Digital Workplace technologies.
