Due to the continued growth of the business we are now looking to strengthen our industrial recruitment team and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to support develop and grow relationships with a range of industrial clients throughout the region.
Your main duties will include;
* Develop a strong understanding of the client’s recruitment briefs, to ensure a robust recruitment process is implemented.
* Support the recruitment teams in a range of search assignments to identify the best talent for a range of job vacancies.
* Ensure you provide high level candidate care, as you take them through the recruitment process.
* Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure your clients receive the best candidates on the market.
* Collate KPI information for weekly reporting.
* Support in the analysis of data.
* Complete a range of recruitment admin duties.
* Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
* Organise new starter inductions and training.
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
About you;
* Possess a strong desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry.
* Previous sales, office or customer service experience would be ideal though not essential.

* A polished and clear communicator.
* A clean drivers license and access to own vehicle.
