Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to support our Residential, Education, and Day Services. Your role will be to help maintain and enhance the quality of care, ensuring the best outcomes for those we serve.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Ensuring Compliance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure all services meet regulatory, legislative, and internal quality standards.
* Driving Continuous Improvement: Conduct audits, assess service performance, and implement action plans to improve quality.
* Engaging with Stakeholders: Work with service users, families, and external professionals to gather insights and promote positive change.
* Supporting Leadership: Assist service leads with governance, quality audits, and compliance systems.
* Training & Development: Contribute to designing and delivering training to foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
* Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Uphold safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe, person-centered environment.

* Strong Communication Skills: Confidently engage with colleagues, families, and regulatory bodies.

* Experience in Social Care & Education: Knowledge of relevant frameworks and prior experience in health and social care settings.
