Job Purpose
* Managing a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries
* Organising accounts and audit jobs, ensuring timely and effective delivery
* Overseeing audit engagements from planning to completion, acting as the go-to person for clients
* Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing
* Building trusted client relationships as their main point of contact, proactively handling queries
* Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities
* Staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in client management
* Maintaining accurate daily records by conducting activity logging
* Working directly with Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
* Overseeing on-site work and perform accounting, auditing and computer functions

The Successful Applicant
* Qualified, part-qualified or studying
* Qualified by experience within practice also considered
* Technically efficient across audits and accounting
* Able to handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality
* Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress within the firm
* The ability to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
* Confident reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
* Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
* Good commercial acumen
