37 hours per week or 18.5 hours per week

About the role:
We’re looking for new people to join our amazing, friendly Contact Team!
We’re all about great customer service—putting our customers first and helping make our communities places people are proud to call home.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping solve their queries and getting things right the first time. There’ll be some admin tasks too, and now and then you might help coordinate maintenance work so our Home Repairs Team can keep delivering high‑quality repairs.

About you:
Our Contact Team is full of friendly, confident team players who communicate well—both in writing and over the phone.
You’ll have experience working with the public (it doesn’t have to be from a contact centre), and you’ll be able to stay calm and provide great service even when things get busy.
We’re looking for someone proactive who can think on their feet and solve problems quickly.
You’ll also need good IT skills, as you’ll be using several of our in‑house systems.
