Who Will I Be Supporting?
You'll be working in a registered care home that is lively, dynamic, and full of activities. Each of the gentlemen has learning disabilities, and some also live with epilepsy. Here's what makes them special:

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping these gentlemen live their best lives by:
Promoting Independence:
Assist with daily tasks like personal care, budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping. Encouraging Activities:
Support outings to the cinema, sensory sessions, and football matches, or enjoy an arts and crafts afternoon together. Providing Tailored Care:
Offer specialised support, including PEG feeding for one individual, and maintain established routines. Maintaining the Home:
Help with housework and meal planning to ensure the environment remains welcoming and comfortable. Building Relationships:
Work closely with families and other team members to create a positive and engaging atmosphere.
