Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Health and Social Care or a closely related field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work).
* Proven ability to teach engaging Health and Social Care lessons at Key Stages 4 and 5 (BTEC qualifications).
* Strong knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of or willingness to engage with vocational placements and external partnerships.
