Location: Churchill Square, Brighton
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 40 hours per week – Shifts between Monday – Saturday 10am – 8pm Sunday 11am – 5pm (includes some weekend and bank holidays)

What You’ll Do
* Lead management of the Store and staff, managing operational decisions for the store
* Motivate the team and be involved with coaching, developing and supporting the team
* Maintain store performance and operations, monitoring, analysing and reporting on the performance
* Train on new services and provide refresher training on relevant and required topics
* Ensure the store acts within the guidelines of the FCA
* Be expert in systems, products and processes, particularly with new product launches
* Keep up to date and share market leading insights
* Engage with the community (e.g., shopping centre, job centre)
* Bring the customer experience to the fore-front of every decision, acting as a role model to deliver brilliant customer experience
* Act with good conduct, ensuring customers are given correct and relevant information to meet their needs and enable informed decisions
Who You Are
* Demonstrated experience in retail management, including overseeing store operations and driving performance to achieve targets
* Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop team members, delivering effective coaching and performance management
* Track record of monitoring, analysing, and reporting on store performance to inform improvements
* Knowledge of Vodafone’s products and services, with understanding of competitor offerings within the telecoms sector
* Experience providing exceptional customer service aligned with company values
