How You Create Impact

You will also collaborate closely with our external staffing agency to ensure we have the right people in place to meet customer demands effectively. Attractive working hours Monday- Friday 8am - 4pm
* Managing resource records in order to produce and maintain organisation structures
* Provide regular reports on resource status and utilisation of available budgets.
* Liaise with line managers to maintain accurate and timely amendments to resource records
* Report and coordinate overtime returns to ensure timely provision of information to finance
* Coordinate recruitment via agencies, arranging notification of requirements and engaging as required to resolve vacancies as quickly as possible
* Recruitment agency performance management, hosting monthly meetings, and progression of matters arising
* Support the operations team as required to provide resolution for any resource queries
* Provide direct support to Support Services team to ensure accurate attribution of costs to available budgets

* Financial and strategic management experience and commercial awareness
* Excel knowledge to include pivot tables
* Organisational and problem solving skills along with a high level of attention to detail.
* Analytical skills, able to identify trends and make recommendations
* Leadership and influencing abilities
