Key Responsibilities
* Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs).
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support.
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs.
* Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
What we're looking for
* Eligibility to work in UK Enhanced DBS or willing to get new on.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A calm, nurturing and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A real passion for helping children reach their full potential.
