We handle desktop, server, wireless, and network-related issues to ensure system uptime and performance. We assist with imaging and deployment of desktops, laptops, and other devices. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless IT operations and user satisfaction. We create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and systems. We participate in projects to implement new technologies and improve current systems, including virtualization technologies. We train junior staff on IT processes and tools as needed. We manage incidents, service requests, and changes using our helpdesk system.
