1. Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2 children within a mixed age class.
2. A willingness to actively contribute to a team for subject leadership.
3. An adaptive approach to teaching that meets the varying needs of all learners.

5. A relational approach to behaviour management that fosters positive relationships with students.
