An ideal opportunity for a results-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong M&E background to work with a prominent well established contractor in the Manchester area
Responsibilities
* Lead the Mechanical and Electrical packages/elements on projects.
* Manage projects autonomously and work closely with the client; excellent communication skills essential.
* Undertake full quantity surveying/cost management/employer's agent duties.
* Be part of a leading contractor environment in Manchester.
Requirements
* Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
What we offer
* £60,000 - £70,000 negotiable package
