Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality advisory and planning services to family businesses and their owners.
* Managing a portfolio of tax compliance clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Supporting partners on bespoke projects such as succession planning, business restructures, and tax‑efficient ownership models.
* Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and across internal teams.
* Coaching junior staff and contributing to their development.
* Identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
* CTA qualified (preferred) or equivalent experience at Manager level.
* Strong technical knowledge of private client and business tax matters.
* Proven experience delivering advisory work alongside compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for supporting family businesses and understanding their long‑term goals.
* Experience mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.
