Job Description The Business Success Team Leader is responsible for the overall success of our automotive repair network, managing and guiding Business Development Specialists and Business Success Specialists within the team. This position requires strong leadership skills to drive business development and improve the performance of automotive workshops in our network. The Team Leader will ensure seamless coordination between acquiring new partners and enhancing existing partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Hire, lead, mentor, and support team members. Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Accountable for achieving market level goals Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for network expansion and performance improvement, aligned with overall company strategy. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth. Coordinate with distribution hubs for strategic alignment. Monitor and adjust plans based on performance metrics and feedback. Finance & Forecasting Work with the Business Operations manager on operational budgets and forecasts for the market, proactively monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, and implementing strategies to enhance overall profitability. Accountable for management of overdue payments. Business Development: Oversee the selection and analysis of prospects. Ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential partners. Guide the team in presenting benefits and advantages to prospects. Manage contract negotiations and legal documentation. Network Performance: Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners by coordinating with Business Success Specialists. Monitor the performance of enrolled workshops and implement improvement plans.
