HR Consultant
Are you a versatile HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact for clients? Our client is seeking an all-rounder HR Consultant to join our team, delivering practical HR solutions on-site for a variety of clients.
As an HR Consultant, you will work across a variety of client projects, providing hands-on HR support and guidance. Your work will cover the full spectrum of HR activities, from employee relations and performance management to policy development and change management. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to different client needs and delivering impactful results.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver HR projects on-site for clients, acting as a trusted advisor
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
• Build strong client relationships and ensure HR solutions meet business objectives
Who we’re looking for:
• Experienced HR professional with broad HR experience (generalist or consultancy background)
• Confident working independently and on client sites
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable delivering a range of HR services

What we offer:
