Customer Excellence:
* Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound emails; monitoring cases managed in GBS+ (Shared Service Centre)
* Be customers’ ‘counterpart’ for solving and negotiating operational issues related to orders (delays, incidents, returns, prices, invoices, etc.)
* Help drive improvements in the team’s performance
* Accurate allocation of error reason codes
* Use analysis and insight to highlight key trends and possible improvements

Logistics:
* SAP support for Logistics Operational Fundamentals (Rework, Purchase orders, etc.)
* Electronic Data Interface (EDI) management
* Monitoring and reporting on key supply chain metrics
SKP Professional:
* Returns Management / Urgent shipment coordination
Demand Planning:
* Support in demand reviews using PowerBI/MS Office
* Manage out-of-stock reports
* Support Project Implementation Manager in all project steps
* Manage product lifecycle in SAP
