What you’ll be doing: Social Media Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Plan, implement, and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms, aligning with budget and objectives.
Monitor ad performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Develop a content calendar and oversee the creation of engaging organic content that aligns with brand messaging and values.
Collaborate with creative teams to design captivating ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Lead Capture and Funnel Strategy
Design and implement effective lead capture strategies, focusing on the top of the funnel down to applications for membership.
Analyse lead generation metrics and optimise processes to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Digital Marketing
Manage digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Analyse web traffic and user behaviour to optimise conversion rates and user experience.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions and measure success.
Graphic Design
Create engaging creatives for our paid advertising campaigns.
Support our cross-functional teams with content creation, including brochures, decks, and documents.
Ensure all marketing materials are visually compelling and align with brand guidelines.
Brand Guardianship
Become the CSA brand guardian, ensuring the team is aware of all brand rules and visual guidelines to maintain a consistent CSA voice in all communications.

You have proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or can demonstrate experience and skill in a relevant marketing position.
You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.
You have a proven track record of successfully managing paid social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of ad targeting and optimisation.
You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership as the sole marketing lead in a dynamic startup environment.
