IT Service Analyst Responsibilities Provide second-line IT support across multiple UK sites (Harrogate, Leeds, Burnley) Build, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops Deliver desk-side support and respond to technical incidents and service requests Support users with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and standard software packages Collaborate with wider IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues Maintain documentation and support logs in line with ITIL standards Travel between sites as needed to support onsite users IT Service Analyst Requirements Proven second-line support experience within a multi-site environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (including Active Directory and Microsoft 365) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for the first three months - company car provided thereafter) Comfortable with regular travel and flexible working What's in it for me?
