What You'll Lead
* Development and delivery of the financial strategy.
* Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning.
* Strong governance, controls, compliance and risk management.
* Optimisation of cashflow, working capital and capital structure.
* Evaluation of investment and growth opportunities.
* Key relationships with banks, investors, auditors and senior stakeholders.
* Leadership, development and succession planning for the finance team.
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years' senior financial leadership experience.
* Proven ability to shape strategy and influence at Board level.
* Experience in fast-paced, supply-chain-driven environments (fresh food desirable).
* Strong people leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
* Commercial, analytical, credible and highly engaging.
