Responsibilities
* Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
* Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
* Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
* Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
* Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
* Assist in the induction and training of new staff.
Qualifications and experience
* HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
* Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
* Commitment to team working and service improvement.

Role details
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
