What our Optical Assistant do

* Deliver clear style advice by helping customers find frames that feel right for them and sharing helpful style tips.
* Share your knowledge by explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so customers can make the right choice.
* Get every detail right by polishing lenses, adjusting frames, and ensuring every pair leaves looking sharp and ready to wear.
* Handle sales with care by guiding customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons to make sure they leave with exactly what they need.

Are there opportunities to grow in-store?
Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable.

No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands‑on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
