About the Role: Sales Development Manager – Tilehurst Office, Reading
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our Tilehurst office in Reading. This pivotal role will lead our eCommerce team, collaborating closely with peer teams in China and Australia to identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement Boori UK’s sales strategy to drive growth and profitability.
·Achieve sales and profit targets through effective strategic planning and execution.
·Collaborate with marketing, QA, and design teams in Australia and the UK to continuously enhance the customer experience.
·Lead, motivate, and support the UK eCommerce operations team to meet business objectives and KPIs.
·Conduct regular performance reviews, providing clear guidance and feedback to direct reports.
·Provide accurate market intelligence to the Executive team, including competitor analysis and product insights.
·Champion customer satisfaction by building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
·Promote customer-centric practices and foster effective collaboration across internal teams.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
·Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales manager, ideally within the retail industry.
·Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse key performance metrics and implement actionable strategies.
·Strong awareness of product and pricing competitiveness in the market.
·In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and digital marketing integrations.
·Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring product listings, content, and site visuals align with brand standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
·Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
·Results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
·Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing high-performing eCommerce websites.
·Experience in the furniture industry is highly desirable but not essential.
