What will you be doing?
As a reliable, people-focused Team Lead, you'll support the daily operations of our scrapstore and reuse centre. Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming visitors and answering questions
* Processing memberships, sales, and shop purchases
* Supporting volunteers and helping them feel confident
* Coordinating restocking and tidying
* Managing simple admin tasks using a Microsoft Access database (training provided)
* Communicating with the Trustee team about issues or queries
This flexible, collaborative role involves working alongside volunteers and trustees, with room to adapt the role to your skills and availability. Ideally, you’ll be available during our opening hours (Monday to Wednesday 10:00–14:00 and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month 9:15–14:00).
