Role: Registered Manager – Large Residential Care Home

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and commercial success of the home. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care and excellent outcomes for residents, with a focus on quality, compliance, and occupancy growth within the private-pay market.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Strong leadership and home management experience, ideally within a large residential setting
A proven track record with CQC, achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes
Experience working within the private-paying market, with an understanding of expectations around service quality, hospitality, and family engagement
Excellent staff management and development skills, with a focus on retention and culture
Good longevity in previous roles – we are seeking someone who wants to build long-term success
