(short walk from New Street station) The Building Surveyor will be offered hybrid options. Are you a confident and ambitious Building Surveyor who can bring a broad range of Building Surveying skills? The role for the Building Surveyor Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, project monitoring and providing support in project management on a variety of projects. They work across high end Commercial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting Directors and assisting in managing projects in commercial properties.
