About the Role
The Data & Insights Analyst helps drive smarter engagement and stronger fundraising through clean data insightful analysis and targeted journeys.
Working across Digital Fundraising and Marketing teams youll ensure supporter and client data in Salesforce is accurate well-segmented and effectively used for campaigns and journeys through platforms like Ortto.
Youll play a key role in improving campaign targeting donor experience and organisational insightturning data into meaningful action.
This role would be ideal for early career professionals looking to grow their skills and benefit from a supportive team environment.
Skills And Experiences
About You (what youll bring)
* 2-5 years experience in data analysis visualisation and reporting
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel Power Query and SQL
* Experience creating and maintaining data segments for marketing or fundraising campaigns
* Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and understanding of supporter journeys
* High attention to detail and data quality
* Ability to translate data into clear actionable insights for non-technical audiences
* Understanding of data privacy and consent requirements
Bonus: experience in the not-for-profit or health sector or with tools such as Ortto.
