* Plan and deliver quarterly enablement micro‑modules aligned to established priorities, narratives, and product updates.
* Maintain and manage the global CA&E enablement calendar, ensuring consistency, visibility, and alignment across Product, Sales, B2B Marketing, and Regional teams.

Knowledge Management & Digital Enablement

* Own day‑to‑day governance and continuous improvement of the CA&E Confluence Hub as the centralized repository for commercialization and enablement resources.

* Maintain and enhance the CA&E Copilot Agent through structured knowledge ingestion, regular updates, and execution of the v1 to v2 enhancement roadmap.

Insights, Win/Loss & Competitive Intelligence

* Execute quarterly win/loss analysis for CA&E solutions, consolidating inputs and synthesizing insights into clear, actionable summaries.
* Support ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform narrative refresh cycles and sales positioning updates.
* Ensure insights are incorporated into enablement assets, RFP responses, and sales tools in partnership with Global and Regional stakeholders.

Global Forums & RFP Enablement

* Plan and run the Global CA&E Commercialization Forum, supporting agenda development, content coordination, and execution against a defined roadmap.
* Coordinate the global CA&E RFP response process, serving as the central point of orchestration across Product, Sales, Legal, and Regional contributors.
* Maintain and evolve the CA&E RFP Toolkit, ensuring templates, boilerplates, and evidence repositories are accurate and up to date.

Key Deliverables

* Execution of a consistent global CA&E enablement operating cadence, including delivery of CA&E Next and quarterly micro‑module sessions.
* Ongoing management and continuous improvement of the CA&E Confluence Hub as the authoritative global enablement and commercialization resource.
