Your Earnings Potential
* Base Salary: Enjoy a market-competitive base salary of £38,625, with opportunities to boost your earnings up to £50,000 through bonuses and premium-rate overtime.
* Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt-in for guaranteed overtime at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could earn you an additional £3,000 per year!
Your Role as a Mobile Mechanic
As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.

* Your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.
* A 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Qualifications Needed
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
