3 months contract

£26,150 per annum

We are looking for a highly versatile, professional, self-motivated and driven individual, who will be working as part of a small customer service team helping to support the smooth running of our Reading site.

Working within a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills. They must demonstrate flexibility with a hands-on approach and willingness to accept variety of tasks.

The Company

Johnsons Hotel Linen, which specialises in supplying the corporate 4-star market and the budget hotel sector is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Customer Service Administrator in a busy and challenging environment.

The Role Will Involve

Answering all incoming telephone calls and emails.

Keying in customer requirements for deliveries.

Ensuring delivery paperwork is in place where appropriate.

Outbound calling to customers.

Resolving customer queries.

Ensure that there is excellent communication with the external service team.

Keeping accurate records for customer requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Adhere to strictest confidentiality standards with regards all Company financial and salary matters.

Take ownership of Customer issues, resolving and feeding back to the Customer.

Ensure that you fully comply with the relevant Health & Safety legislation.

Ensure your workspace is clean and tidy at all times and equipment is maintained, in good working order.

To foster and maintain good working relations throughout the site

Other Ad Hoc Duties As Required.

The successful candidate will we be required to work 5 days per week

You must enjoy working as part of a team and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills gained within a customer service environment. Good numeracy and excel skills are a must for this role as are IT literacy in Word and Excel and an aptitude for learning new IT systems.
