Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
* Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
* Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
* Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
* Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
* Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
* Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
* Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area
Qualifications
* Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
* Team player and confident in managing staff
* Quick learner
* Good attention to detail
* Passionate in delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
