Farrow and Ball – Ecommerce Executive, Wimborne, Dorset (37.5 hours per week) We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Ecommerce team based at our Head office in Wimborne as an Ecommerce Executive. We are offering this position on a full-time basis, working from home and connecting with colleagues in Wimborne twice a week. Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients. The unique Farrow & Ball look transforms modern and traditional homes, large and small, inside and out. Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 75 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists. The key to our success is the people behind the paint: from the team handcrafting each tin to showroom staff to support functions, our shared passion ensures customers have a positive, engaging experience at every stage of their journey with us. As an Ecommerce Executive you will be responsible for maintaining our ecommerce platform, optimising on-site content, and supporting commercial performance across paint, wallpaper, and accessories. Working closely with teams across Creative, Colour Consultancy, CX, Retail, Trade, and Marketing, the Ecommerce Executive helps ensure Farrow & Ball’s digital presence reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, design, and thoughtful detail. What we expect from you as an Ecommerce Executive: Key Responsibilities: Website Management & Optimisation Maintain and update website content, product listings, landing pages, and assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Support the rollout of new site features, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Conduct regular site audits to ensure functionality, accuracy, and consistency across desktop and mobile. Ecommerce Trading & Performance Monitor daily site performance, traffic, sales, and key trading metrics, reporting findings to senior stakeholders. Support the planning and execution of promotional activity, ensuring accurate setup and smooth customer experience. Help maintain optimised category structures and product merchandising to improve discoverability and conversion. Content & On-Site Execution Upload and manage product information, including descriptions, imagery, attributes, and SEO optimisations. Support the creation of digital assets by briefing creative teams and ensuring accurate implementation. Customer Experience & Journey Improvements Assist in testing website improvements, checkout enhancements, and user flows. Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve ecommerce-related issues and identify recurring problems. Reporting & Analytics Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reports covering KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, and customer behaviour. Use insights to suggest improvements to site content, merchandising, and functionality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Creative, Logistics, and Product teams to support integrated campaigns and product launches. Coordinate with developers or platform partners to help troubleshoot bugs or implement enhancements. Key Attributes: Experience working in an ecommerce or digital marketing role. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.). Comfortable working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital merchandising. Some experience with CMS platforms and product information systems would be beneficial. Exposure or some understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimisation would be desirable. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage. Experience in retail, lifestyle, interiors, or D2C brands.
