Role Overview
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the analysis of business processes, data trends, and operational efficiencies to provide insights that drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the assessment and optimisation of business processes
* Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to identify trends and opportunities
* Gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements for business improvements
* Supporting the development of business cases and process mapping initiatives
* Collaborating with different teams to implement changes and track progress
* Preparing presentations and reports for senior management
* Researching market trends and competitor strategies to support business decisions
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and assisting in performance tracking
Who We Are Looking For
* A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
* Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Tableau being a plus
* A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to learning
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing business needs
