£26,000 basic + Commission (realistic OTE £50k+)
Mon-Thurs: 12-8pm | Fridays: WFH

At Novax Recruitment Group, we're hunting for confident, outgoing, "I'll call them!" kind of grads to join our USA Construction & Engineering team. You'll be working with clients and candidates across the pond - so get ready for some "awesome" conversations and a lot of "can you hear me okay?" moments.
Responsibilities
* Chat with engineers, project managers, and construction pros who build America's skylines (from Altrincham).
* Match top talent with top companies - basically, professional matchmaking.
* Celebrate commission days as part of your performance incentives.
* Work 12-8pm Monday to Thursday to align with US time zones.
* WFH Fridays.
